PLAY MUSIC
Play Music is a vibrant and expanding community dedicated to sharing the joy of music-making with children and the wider community. Our mission is to inspire creativity, connection, and confidence through all forms of musical expression.
Each month, we bring music and warmth to residents at The Reutlinger and Ivy Park nursing homes through volunteer performances that foster joy, companionship, and intergenerational connection.
We welcome all students who are passionate about playing instruments, singing, dancing, or even showcasing talents like kung fu. If you love performing and spreading positivity, this is the place for you!

Coordinator
Rita Yuan
Hi everyone! I’m Rita, a 6th grader at The Dorris-Eaton School. I started joining PLAY Leadership when I was five, inspired by my mom and my sister Lily. Today, I proudly help run PLAY Music, garage sales, and food distributions, often handling tasks all on my own! PLAY is my favorite place outside of school to help others and make great friends. In my free time, I love playing tennis, doing math, and playing the violin. I can’t wait to meet you all and keep supporting our community!
